Getting my favourite red lipstick on standby for Valentine’s Day 💋

I am always asked which red I wear and my trademark is the @fentybeauty Stunna Lip in ‘Uncensored’ because BAM💥 …it’s the best red there is! And it lasts through alllll the food and alllll the drink (and all the 💋!) so it’s a staple red for me.

I’m not sure how it’s happened but I’ve blin

I’m not sure how it’s happened but I’ve blinked and it’s like the last week has been a total blur. There I was, getting my valentines nails done at @rd_nails_academy and feeling a bit weird, then within hours somehow I managed to get myself to hospital in agony…and then it becomes a mass of beds, wards and surgery for a week. Between appendicitis and a blood clot, it’s been quite a big week… I’ve never had an operation before but can whole heartedly say I’m never going to take my health or mobility for granted again! Im back home now and already finding it frustrating being stuck in bed BUT I’m so grateful for all the love and support I’ve got around me from friends and family. (My boyfriend has seized the opportunity to declutter my entire house while I can’t stop him!) I’m also so incredibly thankful for all of your lovely messages - they’ve really meant the world, so thank you if you’ve taken the time to send one!

For now I’m trying not to laugh or sneeze - because with three lots of stitches, the pain is on par with child birth (no exaggeration!) And trying to remind myself that letting people look after you is okay sometimes - even if you are usually miss independent!

All I can do is nap…and shop…I feel a treat coming on…👜

Got the new @dermalogicauk Awaken Peptide Eye Gel and can NOT be more grateful for the timing. I suffer with dark under eyes bags and this helps to minimise the depth of the grey and make the area look a little less dark. I’ve only been using it since last week but I’m really loving the way it’s working for me - and it takes a LOT for an eye product to impress me these days.

Last night I barely slept and knowing I could put this on when I got up really made me feel like I’ll resemble a zombie a little less than expected today!

Full review coming to the blog soon BUT this would work for:
•tired eyes
•puffy eyes
•dark under eye area
•eye area lines and wrinkles
•loss of firmness under the eye

I was curious about this when it launched and shared some swatches on my stories when I ordered it. Loads of you replied asking for my thoughts but I wanted to give it a few weeks of use before sharing them, so here goes: it’s the most beautiful base for those who love both medium and full coverage complexion looks!

It’s being sold as a medium coverage product but as someone who wears only full coverage, I can confirm that one layer is enough as long as you add a small amount to any areas you’re worried about. It’s also suitable for those of us with oily skin - even with its glowy finish. Yes, you read that right: a glowy foundation that even oily skin types can use! 🙌🏻 (I matte mine with powder to take it down a level or I found it was more ‘shiny’ than ‘glowy’.)

It stays in place for 4-6 hours without touch ups needed (when set with powder) and that includes through hardcore gym sessions!

It’s the first complexion product from Charlotte Tilbury to excite me in a long time and I’m hooked. If you buy one thing in Feb, it NEEDS to be this! 👌🏻

Went to @wbtourlondon today and had the best time! Honestly so fascinating to see how everything was made, walk round the sets and of course, try Butterbeer (which was insane!) 10/10 for a midweek date day…sometimes you have to find the magic, even on a Tuesday 🪄

Some weekends are busy, some weekends are quiet. Some weekends are for reflecting and some are for looking forward.

Sundays are always my favourite day to press pause - pause on stress, pause on everything else the week has brought and just focus on the day ahead only. I feel so motivated at the moment to write again (did anyone else forget I had a blog?!) and I have so many exciting videos lined up for my channel in the coming months. I’m really looking forward to getting properly back to work tomorrow and starting all these things…but until then, I’m spending my Sunday doing allllll the Sunday things and feeling very Sundayish. What’s your plans looking like for today?

Name one thing that’s cuter than beauty mini’s…bet you can’t?!

We got a friend the @penhaligons_london Votive Set for Christmas and I fell in lurveeee, so when the sales came around I picked up the mini fragrance set for myself…(My ‘treat yo’self’ mentality was still going strong at that point before my ‘it’s tax bill month Chloe so sit yourself down’ mentality kicked in haha.) Halfeti will forever be one of my favourite scents so this cute bottle swayed me…

Starting a whole new year with my favourite person and my favourite thing to have come out of last year❤️

I’ve never been one for New Year…it’s always been overrated for me. This year my Christmas present was a lovely trip to the Lake District and we stayed at @aphroditesgroup - somewhere that’s been on my bucket list forever. We walked, drank coffee, snacked on our favourite foods and watched movies for 3 days…we were in bed by 11pm on New Years Eve and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

Feeling so refreshed and looking forward to everything 2022 has in store…including lots of fun with this one and dry January (pray for me 😭)
