New Nordic Hair Volume Gummies – My 3 Month Trial

New Nordic Hair Volume Gummies Review

I’m really in to supplements and the way they can boost my beauty regime from the inside out. Here’s what happened with I tried New Nordic Hair Volume Gummies…

I’m currently taking a couple of different nutritional supplements to help with my appearance. Which sounds odd when you think about it but actually, we rely on skincare and make up to make us look good on the outside but the things we put in to our body can have an even more vital role to play. Previously caught in the common cycle of too much caffeine, not enough water and a convenience diet, I started to notice that my body and beauty regime was suffering. So at 31, I decided it was time to invest in good quality supplements to cover those areas I wanted to not only look good, but feel good in too.

It was time to get serious about beauty and nutrition.

As someone who recently got married and put her hair through a lot, my hair hasn’t been in a worse condition for quite a while. Over-colouring and styling had taken it’s toll, but to be honest that’s always been the case. I really noticed after I gave birth to my second son nearly 2 years ago that my already thin hair got finer. As someone with fine hair, I would struggle to get enough volume and boost and it would so often hang limp and lifeless unless curled. Post-baby hormones increased this lack of life, and well, ultimately it was time to act.

Alongside a range of great hair styling products to help, I also started trialling the New Nordic Hair Volume Gummies as a supplement designed specifically to target hair volume. These yummy tasting apple flavoured treat-like gummies were really easy to incorporate into my daily diet. You just take 2 in the mornings and you’re good to go. I liked these above other options available because they’re made with natural, herbal ingredients so I had the confidence that I wasn’t putting anything into my body that was going to cause harm.

The recommended duration for a trial is a minimum of 3 months, and I’m now into my third month. I’ve found them really tasty and something I look forward to taking in the morning. (Please note they’re not to be taken as a substitute to a healthy diet.) I would say I was about 6 weeks in when I first started to notice a difference in my hair. In conjunction with an increased hair regime of great products, I noticed that where I was expecting to see continued decreased health in the ends of my locks, they were actually improving in quality. Suddenly the dead ends weren’t bright white staring at me as a reminder of bad condition and my head of hair just felt thicker in general. And over the following weeks I was noticing less root pull in the hair, almost like the removal of the weight in the strands, which in itself gave the impression of more lift at the top.

When I move my head and feel that ‘swish’ of my hair, things feel lighter and healthier as the strands move with more freedom. It’s almost like the sensation of bouncy new hair you get when you’ve had a hair cut. And while I’m still suffering from the after-effects of over colouring (you’ve read about the amount of bleaching I had to go through prior to my wedding day) I have noticed that as my hair is growing from the roots, it’s more bouncy and healthy looking and feeling. Which I think is down to the biotin and zinc within the gummies as they work to supply their nutrients to the hair follicles to help boost healthier hair as it grows.

Another really surprising result I’ve noticed – and one I totally didn’t expect, was that I can go longer between washing my hair. As anyone with fine hair knows, you have to wash it almost daily to keep on top of the oil levels. Since I started my New Nordic Hair Volume Gummies trial I’ve increased to two or three days between washes which is something I’ve never been able to do before. Ever. And I’ve tried a lot of products to help with this over time, and it’s been a natural byproduct of my gummies!

While I still have several weeks of my initial 3 month trial, I can say that my hair definitely feels healthier, has more bounce and volume in the root and it doesn’t feel as dry and brittle. If you’re interested in rebuilding the health of your hair and increasing volume then I’d absolutely recommend a New Nordic Hair Volume Gummies trial alongside a reliable and thorough hair care regime.

My hair isn’t in bad condition cos I don’t dye it and never really do anything to it but I would love it to be shinier and “swishier” x

I tried these myself a few months back but as I had already been taking a collagen supplement, plus Biotin & Folic Acid, it was hard for me to notice any difference. I think if I hadn’t of already been taking anything I would have seen a notable difference. I do know they taste REALLY good – definitely not a chore to take them! 😀

Your hair looks lovely! I’ve been taking the tablet version of these on and off for a few months now. I got hit in the eye by a tree branch towards the end of last year which left me with a bald patch in my lashes and these really helped with my regrowth. It was 6 months ago and I still feel ridiculous telling that story…x

My hair has been really weak since my pregnancy so something like this would be perfect.

These sound really interesting, I’m awful for remembering to take vitamins but I think I would be better remembering to eat gummies 🙂
