Christmas Gift Guide: Stocking Filler Edit

Mugler Perfuming Pen

Stocking Fillers are an essential part of Christmas shopping, aren’t they? Fun, nifty, naughty or themed – it doesn’t matter what kind of stocking fillers you go for, there’s always so much choice for you to look between. I love stocking filler shopping because it gives me the chance to get thrifty – generally speaking in our house, a stocking filler needs to be inexpensive as the more pricey gifts go under the tree (or come down the chimney!) So I’ve put this together for inspiration and I hope that you’ll find lots of fun beauty themed stocking fillers on this years Christmas Gift Guide: The Stocking Filler Edit!

Feather & Down Sleep Essentials Kit – £12

I don’t tend to get many gift sets for the stockings in our family, because they are usually a little too big (we have traditional, small stockings) to fit inside. But I love the Feather & Down Sleep Essentials Kit because it’s a lovely size and even better price. Feather & Down products are known for their ability to encourage a deeper sense of clam before you go to bed, and thus hopefully encourage a better night’s sleep. The set features the Sleep Spray for the pillow, the Sleep Balm, Sleep Butter and Shower Cream all in cute and nifty travel sizes. Ideal for anyone who struggles with sleeping.

Tangle Angel Pro – £18.95

I love giving stocking fillers that are really useful and practical. And nothing could be more practical that a Tangle Angel Pro Hair Brush. Everyone needs a good brush, and the longer your hair, the more you’ll appreciate something like the Tangle Angel varieties. These are great for de-tangling without pulling your head and making the experience uncomfortable. These go through the hair with ease and remove that knots we all hate. They work well on dry and wet hair and I find mine really useful for blow drying too. There’s many colours and varieties available, I have the rose gold one and the pink one and they’re both really pretty. I’m sold on the wing shape too!

Mugler Perfuming Pen – £26

These blew me away! As a die-hard Mugler fan, these pens give me even more opportunities to give myself a scent pick-me-up. These soft top pens are shaped like crayons and you rub them over the wrist and pulse points in the neck to express the scent onto the skin. They aren’t wet or damp, but exchange a lovely and subtle scent level onto the skin with ease. They’re perfect for keeping in the handbag as an absolute handbag essential and I take my Alien Pen everywhere with me! You can also get Angel and Angle Muse in the pen varieties too, so any Mugler lover would be blown away to find this in her stocking.

Never one’s to fail at delivering great value gift sets at Christmas, Burts Bees have some fabulous offerings this year and the first is their Get The Look Lip Set which is £14.99. A gorgeous book shaped box, it contains a lip balm made with their famous beeswax and matching lipstick – both of which are only made with the finest ingredients so they’re ultra nourishing to the lips. There’s several colour variations to pick from, a nude, a red and a pink are the ones that jump out to me. I also recommend checking out their Trio Tin which is only £9.99 and features three different flavours of their beeswax lip balms. Which become a staple during the winter months.

Jessica Phenom Gift Sets – £24.99

What better gift to find in your stocking than some nail goodies?! Every girl loves doing her nails and especially during Christmas when traditionally we all have more time to spend doing them. I love the Jessica Phenom sets because they come complete with a full size base coat and top coat, as well as your chosen colour. The three used together create the ultra shine colour that you associate with gel nails – without the need for a UV lamp. These offer non-chip nails that outlast normal polish and can be removed at home with ease. There’s multiple sets in the Christmas collections so pick the best colour for you!

Korres Dynamic Duo – £15

A great stocking filler gift set is the Korres Dynamioc Duo which contains a gorgeous and oriental scented Shower gel Duo. I always think of Shower gels as a practical gift – you’ll always need and use them, so you can never have too many. And the Korres variations always smell lovely and leave the skin smelling sweet and clean. I personally love how luxurious these are and they last a good while too. With two in the set, you’re sure to be giving a gift that will keep the recipient stocked up for a while.

When it comes to Christmas, what better gift than something that smells like Christmas itself?! It’s cinnamon to the max, with a zesty edge and the perfect element of comfort.
