A Trio Of Sigma Newness

A Trio Of Sigma Newness

Sigma have spoiled me recently. And I mean really spoiled me. Their PR packages are some of the best I receive, always presented amazingly, in beautiful packaging and showcasing their newness perfectly. Not to mention the fact that I’m a huge fan of both their brushes and their make up anyway, which means a Sigma delivery is a very good day in my house! That said, recently the deliveries have been especially good and there’s some gorgeous new goodies in their ever growing range. And seeing as they’re all available now, it’s the perfect time for me to tell you about them.

Starting with the Passionately Pink Brush Set. This set was created to raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October) with 20% of the sales being donated to the charity Bright Pink. Which is a very worthwhile cause that I’m sure is close to so many hearts. The limited edition set contains three of Sigma’s best-selling eye brushes with the cutest pink handle that matches the accompanying pink and sparkly bag to store them in. It’s the perfect travel size for keeping in your handbag and it’s the pink shade always associated with the Brest Cancer logo.

The brushes in the set are the E55 Shading Brush, the E25 Blending Brush and the E40 Tapered Blending Brush. So between these three you have everything you need to create both sultry smokey eye looks as well as barely-there nude eyes. The great thing about Sigma brushes is that they give so much control over your make up application. The brushes are perfect and precise at picking up and distributing product where you want it to go. They hug eyeshadow powders and limit fall out while blending, as they are created so well that they always blend shadows to a natural level. Meaning smokey eyes can really be nailed with the E25 Blending Brush especially.

Seeing as we’ll all know people who’ve been affected by cancer, this set is a great way at helping raise money for a great cause especially if you’re looking for some new brushes. And the Passionately Pink Brush Sets make lovely gifts too.

Next up on the new-in list was the mind blowing Blush Palette. This delivery blew me away (as you’ll have seen if you watch my Instagram Stories as I showcased it there.) Sigma have two gorgeous new palettes out this month, which landed on October 1st. This one, the Blush Palette, is the perfect six shade palette for creating beautiful blushed cheeks. Unlike a lot of blush compacts, this shade range is truly universal meaning all skin tones could create some beautiful looks with it.

There’s two matte shades, two shimmers and two that I’d class as satin. Meaning you’ve got everything for your cheeks in this one palette: blushes for the apples of the cheeks to create some natural pink, and then highlights as well for the cheekbones and stretching backwards. The shades are so pretty and work perfectly together so you can build them up to create the custom colour or finish to suit you – which gives you really nice control over your make up look. I love this palette because the colours work perfectly for me and there isn’t one that I won’t use.

To perfectly compliment the Blush palette, Sigma also released their Sculpt Palette at the same time. Which is the other half of their cheek combo. The Sculpt Palette is the contour version, featuring three contour shades from light to dark to help you chisel your cheeks and shape your face. The shades are universal so again, all skin tones can use this. It’s great that both palettes are so versatile.

As well as three complimenting contour shades, the palette also has three positively dreamy bronzers with high pigment shimmer in them. Meaning you can really make your skin look highlighted to the max with this palette. The pay off in all shades – both the highlighters and the contours is high. The powders pack a lot of punch and I am loving the contours especially. And the highlighting bronzers in this palette are going to come in really handy when I’ve got a tan and want to accentuate it even more. Plus I’m going to try these shades out on my eyelids soon too as I think the high payoff shimmers will really make my eyelids pop.

So I think you’ll agree that Sigma are outdoing themselves right now – and this is without showing you the new limited edition holiday set (I unboxed it on my Insta Stories this week and it will be coming here to the blog very soon!) The great thing about shopping with these guys is that even though they’re based in the states, they do free internationally shipping over $75. Which to make it easy for you is just two of these new goodies. Shop the full Sigma range. You’re welcome.
