How To Get Warm Neutral Eye Looks In A Snap

As ever, I’m always looking out for the best eyeshadow palettes for complete looks. Eyeshadow palettes are my number one favourite piece of make up. I have so many but I’ll never stop adding to my collection because palettes are bae – right boys and girls?

One brand that is forever producing surprises in the make up sense, is Sigma. I’ve talked about their brushes and tools multiple times on the blog, but the biggest thing I have loved discovering from them, is their make up. Most recently they released three brand spanking new Eyeshadow Base Primers which are designed to give your eyeshadow something juicy to hold onto, and last longer – up to 8 hours to be exact.

There’s three shades of the primers, one is a base/skin colour, so more my usual type of primer, because I’ve been using a concealer to do this for months. (I’ve found it’s the best way to prime for eyeshadow.) So the flesh shade is my favourite of the three, but there is also two shimmery finishes of the primers – one with gold tones and the other with bronze/warm tones. So they can really help your shimmer shadows to just pop. Used like crayons, these blend well as the consistency is pure cream. I find they give the same feeling as an eyeshadow crayon would, and the two shimmering finishes could actually be used as that if you wanted. And I love me a dual purpose product.

I always recommend using an eyeshadow primer. It takes an average eyeshadow to a 10/10 instantly, so I’m loving these crayons right now. But mostly from Sigma at the moment I’m straight-up in love with their Warm Neutrals Volume 2 Palette. Girls and guys, swoon over this beauty…

The Warm Neutrals Volume 2 Palette is the follow up to the best selling Warm Neutrals, which sells out quicker than light. So I was very happy to get this one while it was in stock. (Keep your eyes peeled on the website for the next restock.)

The palette itself has 12 shades for a very healthy £27, which compared to other big brands, is actually a bargain. And the shades vary in finish from matte to shimmer and foil looks. What I love about the shade range in the Warm Neutrals Volume 2 is that it gives complete looks without needing to reach for other shades or palettes. Some palettes lack a full colour spectrum for eye looks, but this hits the spot for a variation of looks. You can get barely there beauties as well as smokey eyes with this one palette and it’s got your cut-away, crease and transition shades too. Oh, and the ever needed pale cream for your brow too. Combine with the mattes and shimmers and girls and boys, you’ve got a palette that you’ll reach for even more than you think. When I’m in a rush, this palette is my go-to. It’s quick, got all the shades in the perfect tones and they blend so well too.

You’ll not notice kick-back from the palette, there’s very little fall out and the shadows themselves are creamy AF. Means professional and powerful looking eye looks in a jiffy. I’ve found that I can really warm up or cool down my eye looks with this one palette. It’s basically the little black dress of your eyeshadow palette collection.

If you want warm and neutral eye looks in an instant then it’s this palette you’ll want to treat yourself to. (Pick it up here until Sigma restock)
