So, it’s not often that I write a wish-list style post. Mostly because putting together all of the pretty things that I would love to own is like pressing my face against the shop window and almost *almost* licking through the glass. So close, yet so far. However recently there are a few things that are occupying space in the retail purchasing part of my brain… I’m literally dreaming of these things. So rather than a wish-list, this is my lust list. Because quite frankly, I’m lusting after everything here like I’d lust after a pretty boy holding kittens and helping old ladies cross the road.
So first up on my April Lust List is this seriously cute, and shamefully applicable sweatshirt. I’ve seen loads of these about recently, and not just with this slogan. The classic shaped sweatshirt is seriously making a comeback right now, and who can resist a bit of Belieber action to make theirs stand out? I can’t. As I said in my previous post The A-Z Of Me, the biggest surprise for me of 2015 was leaving it as a Justin Beiber fan. I can’t help it, he’s tunes are just so catchy. I hate myself for loving him. But this sweater is fully on point. Priced approx £15 from various places.
You guys know how much I blogged and Tweeted about my Miss Etoile Tea set from The HoneyBella Tea Company last month. Well, I’m well and truly hooked on everything Miss Etoile nowdays and this open eyed mug would make an excellent addition to my collection…okay, it’s less of a collection. But it would be a collection with this cup. See. Totally justifiable right?
When I was in Selfridges last weekend I was drawn to the limited edition Everyday Eyes Palette by Bobbi Brown. Complete with exclusive shades unavailable elsewhere and multiple brushes, this palette is a beaut and would be very happy and at home in my make-up collection. I’m all about shimmery nudes and matching mattes, and this palette would be perfect for the spring as it covers my all time favourite smoke-eye shades, as well as the more nude and neutral shades. Come to mama.
Another lust list addition that was found in Selfridges last week – Tom Ford White Patchouli perfume. It smells DIVINE. I’ve kept the little tester card in my bag all week, and I’m not ashamed to admit that I kept getting it out to a reminder sniff until every trace of scent was gone. It’s a wonderful and musky scent, exactly the kind of perfume I love and would be the second Tom Ford perfume in my collection. Yes please.
