At Home Spa Essentials With The Good Spa Guide

The mere thought of it makes me go weak at the knees. I spend hours dreaming about 'The One' and I've spent more time than I'd like to admit going through every website I can find to get the inside scoop. Yes ladies, I'm talking about Spa Days.

Personalised Make-Up & Wash Bags From Apatchy

With such a huge (and growing daily) collection of make-up, I need somewhere sassy to keep it all. And I'm not talking about at home - I'm talking about when I'm out. Those times when I'm out for drinks and nip to the ladies - I need a stylish make-up bag to store my goodies in. Likewise all those daily quick re-touches in-between meetings, and the times I have to do my make-up on the train... There are so many times when my make-up bag is exposed to the world, that I decided recently it was time to get a make-up bag that was worthy of it's contents. No more cheap alternatives: it was time to go to luxury levels. Things just got serious for my make-up bag...

All About The Lips - With Gerard Cosmetics

We all know that matte lip products are currently the hottest lip trend around. We also know that any and every make-up brand out there have been creating their own take on the cult lip style. However there is one brand who I feel takes precedence when it comes to matte lips because they've been doing it for yonks longer than the rest - Gerard Cosmetics.

The Look Fantastic Jurlique Limited Edition Beauty Box

I've recently been working my way through a stack of Jurlique goodies after being pulled in by the cult following that their Rosewater Balancing Mist has. I've been so impressed by all the goodies I've been working through (post to follow) that when I heard Jurlique were collaborating with Look Fantastic on a limited edition beauty box - well, I knew it was going to be a bit hit. Such a big hit that it's now sold out already after only launching last week!

My New Nudestix Additions

Way back when I used to do vlogs as well as blogs, I did a mahoosive Sephora haul and got hooked on Nudestix. I purchased a few of their products because I wanted to try them and talk about some cool new brands in my video, but they've remained a favourite since then.

Smashbox Favourites - L.A Lights Blush & Highlight Palette and Be Legendary Lipstick

I've been a big fan of Smashbox since I tried their products nearly ten years ago after a visit to the States. They're one of those brands who's products never disappoint and they always seem to be introducing innovative must-have's that I for one can't resist. Their primers and their Photo Finish products have inspired lesser brands to try and create dupes - but these are still by far the best. They also pull out all the stops with regards to quality - I feel like a make-up pro when I use their products. So to share in my current Smashbox adoration, I wanted to tell you guys about the two products I'm loving most at the moment...

FaceTox Organic Face Mask Kit

When it comes to skincare, I'm a face mask fiend. I love a good face mask. In fact, you'll know from previous Skincare Sunday posts that I like to have a whole pamper day on Sunday's completely dedicated to skincare. And face masking is a huge part of that weekly ritual. The latest face mask I've been trying is from FaceTox. You've probably seen their organic skincare set everywhere by now because it's literally exploded all over social media. The folks from Towie, soap land and even the likes of Zoella have been trying FaceTox, so naturally I wanted to give it a go myself...

IT Cosmetics

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: this year has been amazing for beauty in the UK. It feels like we've been delivered some awesome new products, witnessed some fantastic new launches and seen the arrival of many foreign brands as they finally step foot on UK soil (or rather, on a beauty counter near you.) It's been a fantastic year for beauty, and from my perspective I've loved trying all these wonderful new beauty ranges. I've really enjoyed trying brands from overseas as you'll have noticed recently, and IT Cosmetics has been a big one...

Rodial Instaglam Powders and Glamstick Lip Butters

With names like 'Instaglam' and 'Glamstick' you know that Rodial are doing something seriously good with their current make-up ranges. Being an Instagram addict, I was really excited to try the Instaglam Contouring Powder, Bronzing Powder and Banana Powder - and the Glamstick Lip Butters have such a good reputation that I was excited to try them out too. Because when you're trying new make-up, why try just one product when you can give yourself a whole new face of make-up all at once?! (Can you see why I'm a beauty addict?!)

Madame La La Tan

When it comes to my tan, I'm all about the bottled variety. I don't tan well naturally anymore and I don't use sun beds either, so if i'm looking more bronzed than usual, it's because I've used a fake tan. I love the tan look and feel so much better about my appearance with a bit of a tan. Most people do though, don't they?

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick

I'm absolutely loving how much is going on in the beauty world right now. From whole collections to international shipping news - we've been spoilt as beauty lovers in the last month. Not to be outdone though, Urban Decay launched their Vice lipstick collection in stores on June 16th and it's glorious - everything I hoped for and more. When it comes to lips, Urban Decay dominated June. The Vice Range has 100 shades in 6 different finishes, so not only did Urban Decay dominate, they slayed.

First Impressions: treStique

One thing I'm loving at the moment is trying beauty brands from other countries. When it comes to make-up, I'm such a shameless addict that I will spend hours reading up on brands I've never heard of, and then making a list as long as my arm of their products I want to try. I'll then move on to step two of my coveting, and watch an insane amount of YouTube videos on people trying the products and talking about them. This then increases my wish-list until its included practically everything that brand sells. Sorry, not sorry.

Nude By Nature Contour & Highlight Collection

When I first heard about the Nude By Nature Contour & Highlight Collection, I was instantly very excited. Any type of make-up with the words "contour" and "highlight" in the same sentence and you've got my attention. Not to mention the fact that Nude By Nature are one of Australia's biggest names in mineral make-up. A friend of mine who is originally from Oz had previously told me about their products, and said how highly she rated them, so hearing about the new range launching and knowing it was going to be available here in the UK was a double whammy. Waiting for the goodies to arrive was like waiting for the contour Queen herself to come through my letterbox.

How To Shop In America With MyUS.com

When it comes to all things beauty there is no denying that the Americans get it a LOT better than us Brits. Firstly, and probably the biggest argument to that is: Sephora. End of argument. However it's not just that it's the home of the beauty bloggers mecca, it's also the home of brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, Colourpop, Dose of Colours, Make-Up Geek, Lorac and a million other fantastic brands. All of which are either completely unavailable in the UK, or if they are available, they cost the same as a mortgage, a car and the pet insurance put together. Beauty lovers will feel me when I say: I wish I lived in America to be able to get all the beauty products that are so easily accessible there - the ones that we have to pay huge customs fees, shipping costs and probably insurance just to get our hands on *sobs*

Combatting Cellulite With Anne Semonin

Something I was never prepared for, was how much my body would change the closer I got to 30. I'm assured it happens to everyone at some point, which is reassuring to hear, and I do count myself lucky that I was one of the fortunate people who's body delayed the physical signs of childbirth... Ten days after having my son I was back in my size 10 jeans - don't hate me. In fact it's only now that he's 5 and I'm 28 that I'm noticing a big difference in my body. The first few years of his life, my body was the same as before he came into the world. I was also one of those annoying girls who could eat and drink anything and never put weight on. I say that with no pride at all, because let me tell you this - a high metabolism and an inability to keep weight on, meant that with the first sign of stress it caused weight-loss I couldn't afford...to the point where I frequently had to be put on medical calories (powdered calories to add to all food and drink to make you put on weight.) Being too slim isn't fun, no matter what you think. But in the last few years I made a change to my pill and suddenly everything was different... I put on more weight than ever before as it kicked my hormone imbalance into new depths and I found that the curse of my family finally kicked in - the dreaded cellulite.

Rosie For Autograph Make-Up

Marks and Spencer have really upped their game in the beauty stakes recently. Did you know they sell products from the likes of Stila, Pixi, Barry M, Nails Inc, Alpha-H and many more? I was really impressed when I looked at the full range and I recommend that you check it out. They are also the exclusive home of the Rosie for Autograph Make-Up Collection, which by the way, make-up lovers and bloggers have been raving about - so you need to get on board! Rosie also has a lingerie collection at M&S under the same name, so technically you could match your make-up to your underwear... (just saying)

What I Loved In June

How is it possible that we're already in July?! Someone please tell me where this year is going! Due to the fact that this year is speeding by, and because you know me - I like to mix things up, I'm trying to do something different with my monthly recap posts every month, just to keep things interesting! I've had the Monthly Instagram Favourites, the Look Back style posts and now I'm going for the old trusty, Monthly Favourites with: What I Loved In June.
